Bhagat Singh is an artist whose work shows inspiration from the Indian folk, miniature, and mural culture, particularly A. Ramachandran. He completed his BFA and MFA from Jamia Milia Islamia in New Delhi.

His paintings feature fantastical themes. His works mirror his concern for the environment and depict the beauty of nature in vibrant hues and forms.
